About
Built for families who
demand more than advice.
Our Purpose
The independent voice in a room full of interested parties.
SFOAG was founded to address a structural gap in the UHNW advisory landscape. Private banks are incentivised to sell products. Law firms are focused on liability. Tax advisors optimise within narrow mandates. None of them are positioned to architect the whole.
We exist to provide what UHNW families actually need: an independent, integrated advisor who coordinates across all disciplines, holds the long-term view, and builds governance structures that outlast any single relationship.
Our clients are families from Asia, the Middle East, and emerging markets who are establishing or professionalising single-family offices in Singapore. They come to us at moments of transition — a liquidity event, a generational shift, a cross-border relocation — and trust us to build the architecture that protects what they have built.

Founder & Managing Director
Vin Ramash
Founder & Managing Director
Vin leads strategy, client acquisition, and partnerships at SFOAG. He oversees the structuring and governance of single-family offices for ultra-high-net-worth families, working alongside Singapore's leading legal, tax, banking, and compliance professionals.
His focus is on building a credible, compliant advisory platform that serves families across generations — not just at the point of setup, but through the ongoing complexity of managing significant cross-border wealth.
SFOAG works with families from India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other markets where Singapore represents the natural destination for capital protection and long-term wealth architecture.

Our Philosophy
"Wealth is not preserved by products.
It is preserved by architecture."
We believe that the families who endure across generations are those who invest as seriously in governance as they do in investment returns. Our role is to build that governance — with the rigour of an institution and the discretion of a trusted advisor.
